In addition to her legal experience, Debby has also worked with a top professional services firm in strategic management consulting.

Rebecca Cummings is a Trainer and Senior Executive Coach with Novateur Partners. She is an dynamic facilitator, trainer and keynote speaker, as well as a business development coach with outstanding results. Rebecca is a visionary who is easily able to identify possibilities and potential. She is known for her exceptional ability to explain complex ideas and systems in simple terms, and for bringing energy and humor to day-long retreats.
Rebecca is a beloved professor of law, successful lawyer and entrepreneur. She is a past president of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) and was named as one of the top 100 lawyers in Georgia. She has given hundreds of workshops, presentations and keynote speeches to companies and organizations such as Coca-Cola, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia on topics as diverse as Georgia’s trust code, running effective meetings and successful negotiation strategies. Vicki Flier Hudson is a Senior Executive Coach with Novateur Partners. She provides professional presence and presentation skills coaching to executives, entrepreneurs, and teams.
Vicki has worked with individuals as well companies in industries such as technology, marketing, and consumer goods to create unique, dazzling presentations. She coaches leaders one-on-one to improve their confidence and bring out their best speaking skills. To inspire her clients, she developed the Star Quality Speaking™ method which focuses on exceeding presentation goals while remaining wholly authentic.
Vicki is an in-demand public presenter and has conducted hundreds of keynote presentations, conference sessions, and trainings for organizations in the US and worldwide. Her topics of address focus on global workforce preparation, global leadership, cultural diversity, and success through speaking. She has over 20 years of experience presenting in the business sector, and teaches presentation skills as a part-time faculty member at Emory University. Vicki is a recipient of Kennesaw State’s Instructor of the Year Award and has been featured on NBC news, as well as in numerous publications such as the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Atlanta Woman Magazine and Industrial Engineer Magazine. Vicki is also the author of the book Zen and the Art of Offshoring: How to Build a Collaborative and Profitable Team with Your Partners in India.

Daniel S. Sheedy
Dan Sheedy is a Senior Executive Coach and Trainer with Novateur Partners. With more than 25 years of extensive business management and health/fitness experience, Dan plays an important advisory role with senior executives and high potentials across geographies and industries. He is both a skilled executive coach and an expert in helping professionals become more physically healthy so they can perform at the highest levels. Dan provides leadership coaching, health/fitness coaching and professional development services to managers and senior leaders.
Dan developed these areas of expertise as a direct result of his personal experience as a corporate leader and his transformation from the victim of a traumatic accident to an award-winning ultra-distance runner. Having run his personal best times in marathon, half-marathon and 10k distances since recovering from his accident, Dan knows what it takes to perform at a high level at any age and under any circumstances. He combines his certifications in fitness and nutrition with his professional experience in sales, marketing and finance to inspire his clients and to provide tools to help them rise to the next level.
Dan’s education includes a Master of Business Administration in Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University. He holds the credentials of Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is also a SilverSneakers Instructor. Dan is also certified in the CCL-360 Benchmark assessment, is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a trained co-active coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Dan’s previous roles have included portfolio management for JP Morgan Investment Management and Sanford C. Bernstein, marketing and structured products development with GWG Life and Vida Capital, as well as personal training and coaching assignments with numerous senior executives.
