Debby Stone is an executive coach and keynote speaker as well as the founder of Novateur Partners. She is also the author of The Art of Self-Promotion: Tell Your Story, Transform Your Career.

Leveraging her prior work experience, her entrepreneurial creativity, and her ability to navigate diverse corporate environments, Debby has successfully coached a broad array of individuals facing a range of challenges and opportunities.

Prior to becoming an executive coach in 2002, Debby spent over 16 years practicing law, both at Long Aldridge & Norman (now Dentons) and in her own firm, Stone Law Associates, Inc. Debby also has experience working as a management consultant at Bain & Company. As a coach and an attorney, she has worked with clients within organizations of all sizes, ranging from small start-ups to large, global companies and firms.

In addition to being active in the legal and business communities and contributing her time to a number of non-profit organizations, Debby enjoys running, traveling and reading. She is also an avid Duke basketball fan. Although Debby’s work knows no geographic boundaries, she and her husband live in Atlanta.
